Our Story
Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:33, “but seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added
to you.” (NKJV) The Kingdom of God is the rule of God, the reign of God. It is conducting the business of God His way. In 2004 while deployed to Kuwait as an Army Chaplain in support of the Global War on Terrorism, God gave me a mandate for Advancing the Kingdom of God in the earth realm. This vision is to make the ‘Beloved Community’ a reality in the twenty-first century.
Specifically, we will focus on seven mountains or spheres that shape a nation: the church (religion), family, education, government (military), economics and arts and entertainment. We will teach, preach and implement strategies for taking the seven mountains to transform a culture. In so doing, we will carry out the Great Commission Jesus gave in Matthew 28:18-20.
In becoming a member of the Advancing the Kingdom of God Ministerial Fellowship, you will reach out across racial and denominational lines to accomplish corporately what we cannot do individually.
MISSION
Advancing the Kingdom of God Ministries is formed to provide quality community support and relevant tools that instruct, encourage, and empower communities — one individual at a time. Our mission is to equip believers to become Ambassadors of transformation in their communities.
Objectives:
To be a catalyst inspiring individuals to embrace their calling to a particular mountain or mountains; to provide the training and support needed for them to become persons of influence to the glory of God; to seek out and connect with Kingdom minded individuals that will usher in global transformation. Focus on the seven mountains that shape a nation: the church (religion), family, education, government (military), economics, media and arts and entertainment. Teach, train, equip, and implement strategies that will empower individuals to be leaders in order to transform a culture.
